Work Hard, Play Hard
This year's R&R weekend was our best yet. Every Manager in the organization brought home some hardware back to their offices. This year was over 700 owners in attendance along with families and friends, totaling 2,200. We took our organization to the Pro Gun Club shooting range. We had more than a great time. As far as the rest of the trip.... Well whatever happens in Vegas.......
At New Age Marketing we believe the best team building experiences not only happen at the office but we encourage team members to come spend time with each other, outside the office. Leaders night and team night are really good tools to building an organization. Every week there is always something fun (optional) and Every month we try to do something to really give back to the employees. Rewarding hard work is something we take pride in!
New Age Marketing not only work towards early retirement but work to live for today. Our annual R&R weekend invited over 500 owners, partners, clients as well as managers. This past October New Age Marketing took home some major hardware at the award show and had fun on the beaches of ATLANTIS BAHAMAS RESORT AND CONFERENCE CENTER.
Next year we will travel to another international location courtesy of our major fortune 500 clients!
