What this means is - instead of our clients using their own internal marketing or sales force; they outsource the sales management portion to us. We provide different promotions and services and are responsible for representing companies on a national level. New Age represents a numerous range of clients, who specialize in consumer electronics, energy, as well as consumer credit. The New Age focus is to attract a higher caliber return customer for the client.

Our annual all expenses paid "R&R Retreat" encourages our team to reflect on the year's accomplishments and reset the goals for the next year. Our management team invites our upcoming managers and administrative staff to the client meeting, followed by team bonding activities, and of course downtime in the sun.

Our past destinations have consisted of: Cancun, Nassau, Las Vegas, and Punta Cana.

We encourage team members to spend time with each other, outside the office. Every week there is always something fun (optional) and every month we try to do something to really give back to the employees.
